light rain today and a bit breezy, but got a good session in! caught 3 solid salmon, around 4-5 lbs. it felt nice to be out there with the fresh air, used a jig that I made myself! feeling proud with the catch!

went back to Eyebrook on May 26, and it was a mix of sun and rain. got lucky and hooked a nice 4lb rainbow! i was using a flashy spinner, it really did the trick! felt good to finally get a solid catch!

got hit with some light rain but still had a fun time! caught 3 trout but lost a BIG one right at the bank, ugh! using spinners mostly, but might need to switch it up next time. wind was crazy at one point, almost blew my hat off!

headed out on the 25th, patchy rain was annoying! caught nothing but had fun with the crew. wind was wild like 32.8 km/h. we just had a laugh and enjoyed the scenery. next time, we’ll catch more!

went fishing on the 25th when it rained a bit but it was alright, didn’t catch much tho, just a few small carp. used a boilie but man it was windy! hard to keep the line straight. overall kinda tough day but better than doing nothing, right?

wow today was wild! heavy rain came outta nowhere. fished a little, but not much luck. got a couple of nibbles but nothing worth keeping. just soaked through! hoping for better weather next trip.

cloudy and chilly today at the res. only caught a couple of small perch, not the best luck. tried some new jigs but they didn't work. felt good to be out, tho! planning to hit it again when it’s warmer!

ugh the weather was rough today, it rained like crazy! only managed to catch 1 tiny trout, barely a pound. was freezing my butt off. had to call it quits early, sometimes it just ain't your day! hope next time is better.
