Salmon Bodega Bay Fishing Report

wasn’t the best day ever, pretty cold and windy. fished from 8 to 2 but only hooked into 2 small salmon, biggest maybe 3 lbs. tough conditions but the bay's still beautiful, looking forward to better days ahead

another overcast day but still went out. my buddy caught a nice 8 lb salmon while I struggled a bit. only got one decent one, around 5 lbs. wind wasn’t too bad but the chill was real. can’t win em all!

sunny day out in bodega bay, perfect for fishing! hit the water early and pulled in a few nice ones. landed 4 salmon, biggest was 9 lbs! used a flashier lure today, seemed to do the trick. gorgeous day on the water too

partly cloudy today and a bit breezy, but I was hopeful. fished from dawn to noon and finally hooked into a 7 lb salmon! was using a pink hoochie and it was a solid choice. felt great to feel that tug, can't wait to go again

back at bodega bay, weather was cloudy but not too bad. went out at dawn, caught 3 salmon, all decent size. 4-6 lbs. had my trusty old rod with some heavy line. good times, even with the wind picking up in the afternoon
