hit b bay again on the 24th, rain came in waves. caught 2 big reds around 6lbs each! used soft plastics and they were hungry. the thrill of the catch made the wet day worth it!
gotta say, the 23rd was promising! a lil rain, but it didn't stop us. we filled the cooler with 6 nice trout, biggest was 24in! used curly tail jigs and they were smashing them. best time ever!
went out on the 20th, had some patchy rain but we braved it! only caught 1 keeper red but released a bunch of dinks. borrowed a buddy's baitcaster which felt nice. next time i gotta bring my own rod.
the 16th was a bit slow, wind was wild. ended up with just 2 fish but they were nice size! got a 5lb flounder using live bait. rain held off but it was chilly out there. maybe next time will be better.
fished on the 13th, same ol' clouds but decent temp. got out early, used my trusty gold spoon and landed 4 solid trout. had a couple get off, ugh! felt like i was in the zone today, such a thrill.
