ugh, another rainy day but I didn’t let that stop me. got to upper lake mary and fished for a few hours. caught just 1 bass but that's fishing right? had a rain jacket but still soaked. at least the fish don’t care about the weather!

sunny again! i took my new rod out for the first time today, landed 4 nice bass and lost a monster! gotta work on my hook set lol. water was pretty clear, used some topwater plugs which did the trick. overall a great day!

nice sunny day to fish, but man that wind was something else! only got 2 smaller trout but had a blast casting out. tried a new lure, a bluegill pattern and it kinda worked? just wish the wind calmed down a bit

finally some sun today! went early and hit the water before 6am and it was sooo nice. caught 5 bass all over 2lbs, using my trusty jig. they were biting like crazy! the weather was perfect, just couldn’t ask for a better day!

man it was pouring today at upper lake mary! had to take cover a few times. caught 2 nice rainbows, both around 1.5lbs but had to work for it! only had a couple hours so didn't get to test out all my gear. next time for sure!
