wow what a day! got hit with some heavy rain at 11 mile today but still caught 2 nice trout. gear was soaked but those fish were hungry! used live bait, can't wait for the next trip despite the weather!
fished 11 mile again today, crazy winds at 32.9 km/h! but managed to snag a couple of 4lb lakers. used my favorite jigs and they worked like a charm. tough day but still had a blast!
went fishing this morning, cloudy skies but felt nice at 14.5C! had a great time using my old baitcaster. caught a nice 3lb brook trout on a crankbait. it was a fight for sure. so much fun!
hit the lake today, partly cloudy and a bit warmer. brought my kayak and trolled around with some bright colored plugs. ended up catching 5 small mouth, biggest around 2lbs. it felt great to be out there!
what a wet day at 11 mile! got soaked but the fish were biting! used my new spinning reel and a worm setup, landed 3 nice cutthroat. rain kept coming but it was worth it. feel like i caught them all before the storm got serious!
