went out this morning, mist everywhere! hard to see, but that didn’t stop me. caught a few smallies but mostly just enjoyed the chill vibe. used my go-to plastic worms. fishing is always relaxing, even if the catch is low. just love being on the water!
another partly cloudy day, perfect for fishing! got a nice 4 lb halibut on my second cast, felt like a champ! used a live bait setup this time. also saw a bunch of sea lions chilling, they were really noisy but made the vibe fun! can’t wait to go back
partly cloudy today, wind picked up but the fishing was decent. caught 4 shiner surfperch, they were super fun to reel in! used some sand crabs for bait, my buddy told me they were good, he wasn't wrong. just wish the waters were warmer. still had a blast!
finally a sunny day! hit the bay early and got lucky with the tides. landed 3 keeper salmon, biggest was about 6 lbs. used my favorite orange jig, they couldn't resist! felt amazing to be out there under the sun, got a bit of a tan too!
well, it was kinda drizzly and windy out there. gave it a shot anyway. only caught a small striped bass, like 1 lb, not great but better than nothing. used my new spinning rod, felt nice to handle it in the rain. didn't stay long, had to head back before I turned into a wet noodle
