last morning fishing trip was super foggy, kinda eerie but cool. got some nice bites, ended up with 3 salmon, biggest was 7lbs! used a red spinner and it was on fire. fog lifted just in time for a beautiful sunset, great day!
today was a struggle! cold and heavy rain, felt like winter again. i only caught one small salmon, maybe 2lbs. used a worm on a bobber. was hoping for a better day but at least i got out there!
rainy day fishing again! went out with the crew, but the water was choppy. still managed to get 2 nice salmon, both about 5lbs. i was using a baitcaster with a green jig. felt good to snag some in this weather!
went back to the river today and it was much better! caught 5 salmon, all around 3-4lbs! used a chartreuse crankbait, they were hitting all day. weather wasn’t bad, just a bit of drizzle but we were happy out there!
what a rough day, pouring rain all morning. I still tried my luck at the river but only got one small 2lb salmon. was using a silver spoon which usually works but they weren’t hungry. packed it in early, soaked to the bone!
