hey y’all! spent the day at ray roberts today and it was a scorcher! temps hit around 30°C and the sun was blazing. got there around 7am just as the sun was coming up, which was super pretty. fished with my buddy and we were using some topwater plugs in the early morning. got a couple of nice spots like around 4lbs each! they were biting good till the wind picked up a bit, but still had fun casting. switched to some senkos when it got too hot later in the day and managed to land a few more decent ones. overall, a solid day on the water even if i did get a little sunburned. peace out! can’t wait to get back out soon! 🌊🎣
