Lake Murray Ok Fishing Report

went out this morning, did not expect much with all the rain lately. caught one big bass but had to work for it! conditions were tough with the wind and rain. but it was fun testing my skills. hope things calm down next time so i can catch some more!

finally a sunny day at lake murray! hit the water early, around sunrise. got a dozen bluegills, they were everywhere! used some small jigs and they couldn’t resist. perfect weather, slight breeze, so peaceful. ended the day just chillin' on the shore with a few friends.

well today was a wild one! heavy rain showers hit while i was out. i managed to land 2 nice bass before the storm got real bad. the wind was ridiculous, almost blew me off the boat lol. had to pack up early but hey, those fish were worth it. what a thrill!

went fishing today and it was overcast all day long. not as choppy which was nice. so i tried my new spinnerbait and caught my personal best! a 6lb largemouth, im so pumped! caught a few smaller ones too. was hoping for more action but that one fish made my day.

hit the lake again since the weather was nice but partly cloudy. caught some nice channel catfish, around 4-5 lbs. only used cut bait. even got a small sunburn haha. wind was a bit much at times but worth it. my buddy got skunked tho, guess i was lucky!
