Norris Lake Fishing Report

cloudy skies today but that didn’t stop us! caught a lot of bluegill, fishing with worms was the way to go. felt like we were getting bites every few minutes. maxed out my limit! what a fun day, ended up grilling them for dinner. yum!

hit norris lake again, patchy rain here and there but didn’t let it stop us! we got a few nice trout. 2 of em were over 3lbs! used some spinners, they were loving it. the wind picked up a bit but overall a chill day, can't complain!

what a day! heavy rain this morning but we braved it out! caught some nice catfish with stink bait, like 5 total, biggest was 7lbs. it was challenging but worth it. the rain made the fish super active. gonna smell like fish for days tho, haha!

had a great day out with my buddies! clouds were hanging low but it didn’t bother us. we were using some soft plastics and they were hitting like crazy. ended up with 8 largemouths! biggest was about 5lbs. perfect temp for fishing, really enjoyed it!

back at it again this week! hit the lake during that rain, thought we’d get skunked but nope! caught a nice 6lb bass using a topwater lure. the rain seemed to turn them on! crazy how that works sometimes. just wish my rain gear was better...
