last trip to kirman was a blast, sunny and warm. caught a good 8 fish total, all rainbows! used crickets and worms, they were all around the logs. felt like a pro in the sun!
finally some sun! took a trip to kirman lake. caught a couple of nice trout, biggest one was around 3lbs. used a long cast with my trusty spinner. sat back and enjoyed the sun, perfect day honestly!
the weather was all over the place today, heavy rain like a monsoon! but I managed to catch a 6lb catfish, took me forever to land it. using heavy weight line was smart, had a blast regardless of the weather.
not happy, got drenched today at the lake, rain just wouldn’t stop. only caught one fish, a tiny perch. but I was testing a new rod and reel combo, felt nice even if the fishing was slow. gonna try again soon!
sunny day at kirman! me and my buddy went out and caught a decent load of trout, one was a solid 5lb’er! we were using powerbait and spinners, but man, the sun really made it a great day for fishing! got a bit burnt tho
