Fish Creek Fishing Report

man, fish creek was overcast again! but I got lucky with a decent catch. used some topwater lures and managed to pull in a couple nice bass. wind was a bit stronger today, around 19 km/h. but the fish were biting. always a good day when you can reel something in!

another day down at fish creek, felt a bit warmer, around 9°C. water was nice and calm, caught a nice pike! was using a crankbait, pretty effective. got blown around a bit by the wind but was a good time. can’t complain about a good day fishing!

hit the creek again, partly cloudy. got a few bites but nothing massive. avg temp was 8.2°C, kinda chilly but I got used to it. caught a couple of smallies, no keepers tho. was fun to be out even if the fish were a bit shy today. got my hopes up for next week.

finally some sun at fish creek, it was so nice! I got out there early and caught 5 bass on a chatterbait. the temp was 13.7°C and they were biting like crazy. a bit windy but manageable. can’t wait to go back! felt like summer!

so today was a windy one! like 30 km/h winds, pretty crazy. still hit the creek and caught some nice perch. switched to a heavier jig to get down there. the clouds were thick but I got lucky with the bite around 6°C. always good to be out there!
