13 yellowtail and plenty of bottom grabbers for all. Couple shots in the bottom of the ninth on yellowtail.

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 10-25-2019 We spent the day looking for yellowtail and only tied into a few. Truthfully most the day was spent dodging wind. Our ride was good but we had some serious offshore Santa Ana conditions. Will be spending all day tomorrow traveling up to San Diego it looks like it's going to be great weather. Will be into the dock on Sunday morning and be doing 17 days of boat work before we head back out again for eight days on November 14. Thanks for tuning in to see you then. The Polaris Supreme Crew!

Fishing was absolutely phenomenal! If the last two day were great, today was even better. We had a good morning bite and then topped off the trip with an afternoon bite that went well into the dark. The tuna were biting the kite and anything else we put in the water. All fish ranged between 175 and 260 pounds. All anglers had a shot at them and a couple landed two. We did however stop to replenish our energy with some of Pedro's great food. For lunch we had tuna with a red sauce and ravioli on a bed of spinach with a cream sauce. Sounds like a weird combo, but boy did it taste good together. And dinner was a great roasted Cornish game hen with all the veggies and potato on the side. In addition to Pedro, I have to say our crew has done a fantastic job. They really work well together. And of course Lon and his group were a delight to have on board. And by the conversation in the galley, they are all planning on returning to this trip next year. Lon is going to open it up so if you are interested call Susan in the office. There will be a couple of spots. And on that note we are heading for home in excellent weather. We will be at the dock Sunday morning. Come down and see this great catch. Meet Lon from OTR. Today was spent traveling in good, but foggy weather. Basically we just rigged tackle and ate a bacon, avocado, sprout omelet for breakfast. Rigged more gear and had a giant Texas cheeseburger for lunch. Rigged more gear then snacked on salmon, tuna, shrimp and eel sushi and sashimi. Rigged more gear and finished off the day with a beef tenderloin with a tomato, basil pesto sauce. Just rigging and eating and anxious to get to the fishing grounds!

The variety list gets LONGER! Today we had our sights set on big numbers of quality Yellowfin Tuna. However the plan did not unfold as we expected. We found tuna but not the numbers we were looking for. Instead we were able to catch a variety of other species. Including Broom tail and Leopard Grouper, Dorado, bigger grade Yellowtail, and Wahoo. The Hess Charter we are currently fishing with was recently a 5 day trip. They increased the trip to a 7 day in hopes of a larger variety of fish species, they defiantly are getting the mixed bag now! Our sights will be on Wahoo tomorrow. Wish us luck, Team Supreme

We had some short range trips online and were able to catch a good amount of school sized fish and 3 jumbo tuna! Including the First 2 cow tuna to come aboard the Polaris Supreme in 4 years!

Polaris Supreme Trip Update 09-27-2018 #2 Well is our second report for today! We left yesterday nice and early after unloading our beautiful three day catch! We have traveled all day today doing the usual rigging and eating! We really don't have a whole lot to report. We will be fishing first thing tomorrow morning and looking forward to dinner a good night sleep and waking up to a good weather and great fishing tomorrow. Wish us luck. The Polaris supreme crew..
