finally got a sunny day on the boise! nice temps, around 13C. started off slow, but ended up with a couple nice 2lb rainbows! used a simple worm and bobber setup, they were hungry today! really needed this after the rain days!
brought my gear out for some patchy rain! caught one smaller trout, couldn’t get much else, but had a nice chill day. the river was really low and clear. the weather was cool, 12C, kinda refreshing actually.
got soaked today but still managed to reel in a couple brownies. it rained on and off, temp dropped to about 12C. i was using a little cleo spoon, and it was still working even in the rain! felt good to be out despite the weather!
another day on the river, caught 2 nice trout again! it was pretty windy tho, gusts got up to 29 km/h, made it hard to cast. used some flies that worked well, but man, those gusts were frustrating. still worth it tho!
overcast day, but it turned out to be great for fishing! hooked 4 small mouth bass, biggest was 4lbs! used a crankbait in dark colors – they were really aggressive today! wind was pretty chilled, but nothing too bad. still had a blast.
