hey fishin fam! well today was a washout in watertown. we went out despite the heavy rain and boy was it slippery! but we didn't let that stop us. i got 5 decent pike, couple around 4lbs, using a trusty old rapala. the wind was kinda wild, but i found a good spot by some reeds where they were hiding from the weather. it was so refreshing with the rain pouring down and the fish were biting good! even caught one that put up a real fight. made it all worth it. didn’t get too wet tho, thankfully i had my rain gear. overall a good day, can't wait to head back out when it clears up! tight lines! 🎣
