👤 Tommy R.fished at lady bird lake today, weather was super nice, overcast but not too hot. we got there around 7am, just after sunrise and started with some soft plastics. caught a few sunfish, nothing crazy. but then, around 9, i switched to a topwater frog and BAM! got this massive 5lb largemouth! it was a real fight, splashing everywhere. definitely made the trip worth it. wind picked up a bit too, which helped with the topwater action. overall, great day out on the water. can't wait to go back next weekend!
