tongue river Fishing Report 2025

We are going to run an open party limited load trip on Sunday March 2nd. The trip will cost $130 and will depart at 9pm on the night of the 1st. If you are interested in going we will be looking for squid and targeting seabass in the morning before trying to fill our limits with tasty rockfish. Today was mainly a travel day. We have a strong current working against us so we only had time for a couple drifts. However we did manage to land some 15 lb Yellowtail bottom fish. Our ETA for tomorrow is 530 to the dock.

I missed a few days. I apologize. After we left Cedros we ran up the line to fish a day offshore. We hit a couple good kelps and a few kelps that we scratched good off of and ended the day with good numbers on yellowtail and dorado. We finished our last day fishing for albacore. A slow day. We saw a little bit of fish all day long and a couple of schools through out the day. We ended the day good with a bite right before dark. We're heading in now leaving tomorrow on another 5-day.

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 09-06-2019 The Polaris supreme departed today on Bill Stephens annual eight day trip. We got a nice early start and are hoping to arrive at our final destination in a few days bright and early. We have a great group of guys/and one girl heading south excited about the signs that Alec saw last trip on the simpatico trip. No pictures yet will save that for when we start catching something. Hello Everyone, We are rolling down today, mainly a rigging day. We are trying to get all of our gear ready for the rest of the trip. From wire leaders to dropper loop rigs we are getting it all set up for the 7 days to come. Great food, great weather, great company. Will report again tomorrow, Team Supreme

The Scripps Ranch Old Pros offshore charter enjoyed plenty of cold beers and beautiful weather. We were able to land 16 yellowtail and 28 bonito.

Polaris Supreme Trip Update 11-13-13

 

Today was a travel/fishing day which means it was slow. We knew we needed another travel day to get where we need to be so we fished yesterday and traveled today as opposed to fishing today and traveling yesterday. We tried really hard though to find something to catch but it was not to be. It wasn't until around snack time before we found any action at all but it wasn't much. We caught 1 big dorado and 1 not so big dorado, lost a couple of wahoo and caught some mostly let them go to grow sized tuna. We'll be in the promise grounds well before daylight and hopefully that's when the fish start biting tomorrow. The weather came down significantly from yesterday and it's currently grease as I write this.
