yikes! torrential rain today! didn’t catch anything. just sat there soaked and thinking about life haha! i guess not every trip can be a success. i’ll be back when it clears up, this weather is just not ideal for fishing!
ugh today was rough! rained a lot and cold. only managed to catch 2 small catfish. tried different spots but they just weren’t biting. back to the drawing board, guess i’ll check the forecast for next week!
awesome sunny day at strom thurmond. caught a limit of 10 bream, nothing huge but they were biting! used worms, they were going nuts for it. felt so good to be out after the rain from last week. summer vibes are finally kickin' in!
hit the lake again, patchy rain but was worth it! got 3 big ol' bass today, 4-5lbs each! used my trusty spinnerbait, they were hitting real good. the water’s warming up too, can’t wait for more trips! fishing is life, y’all!
well today sucked! heavy rain most of the time and the wind was crazy. couldn’t even get a good cast in. only caught one tiny bass and then called it quits. gonna wait for better days... guess i’ll just make some hot coffee and watch the rain.
