partly cloudy day at the satsop, temp was pretty nice. ended up catchin a few smallies but lost a real big one! used a buzzbait and wow, they were chasing it down! can't wait to get back out!
overcast skies but it was cool! caught 5 fish today! mostly small but had a blast. used a bobber setup with worms, it was steady action. i love when the river's calm like this, makes for a nice day out!
drenched today, it rained pretty hard while we were out. got 4 trout but honestly, the weather was rough. not much fun when ur freezing cold! but hey, those fish were tasty. used my favorite crankbaits.
man oh man, fished in patchy rain today and it was chilly! caught 2 trout, biggest was like 2lbs. my buddy lost a BIG one tho, heartbreaking! we were using spinners mainly, they seemed to love it!
so went back to the satsop today, it was drizzly but whatever, i needed my fix. managed to reel in a decent coho, about 4lbs! used a jig, and gotta say, the colors were poppin! it was a good day in the rain.
