fished the river on May 23, it was overcast and chilly. only caught one striper at 3 lbs, but hey, that’s fishing! sometimes you just gotta enjoy the peace.

hit the river again today, what beautiful weather! caught a nice 8 lb striper, used my favorite white jig. the bite was on fire around noon when the sun was high.

was out on the river yesterday, super sunny. winds were crazy tho at 30km/h, but managed to hook up a nice 6 lb striper with a crankbait. they were hiding under some weeds!
