π€ Tylertoday, May 24, was kinda rainy but i went anyway. managed to hook a nice 4 lb brown trout! used my heavy rod with a crankbait. the wind was strong, about 25 kmh, but it didnβt scare the fish away. exciting day overall, loved the weather, can't beat fishing in the rain!

π€ JessMay 15th, some patchy rain but it didnβt stop us! caught 3 small rainbow trout, nothing huge but fun. avg temp was around 10C, pretty comfy! used some powerbait and it was effective. wind picked up a bit but we made it work. creek is looking good!

π€ Kevinwent fishing on May 14, super overcast day. felt like spring finally! got a decent size brook trout, about 2.5 lbs. used a small jig on my spinning rod, it worked! wind was wild tho, had to hold onto my hat lol. creek was full and lively, great vibes out there.

π€ LizMay 11th, finally a decent day! it was cloudy but warm (14C). we were out there bright and early, caught a bunch of small trout! biggest was just over 3 lbs. used worms on a bobber, they were hungry! the creek was flowing nice, had a blast with my buddies.

π€ Steveback to rocky ford on the 5th and guess what? another rainy day. ugh. caught only one small brown trout, maybe a pound. the rain was heavy, which made casting hard. used my trusty baitcaster, but the wind picked up too, like 27 kmh. felt like i was fighting against nature all day.
