Good Evening Fisherman, We left the dock early this morning on our annual Holeman 10 day with a great load of mid-sized sardines and very nice weather. We are now making our way down south to the Tuna and Wahoo grounds. We should be arriving to the fishing grounds early Tuesday morning. The majority of the day, after leaving the bay, was spent getting to know everyone and rigging up. Tomorrow we will be giving our famous fishing seminar. There is plenty of leader making and general tackle rigging preparation for the fishing to come. Till Tomorrow, Team Supreme

Captain Mike Pritchard called in this morning from the Tribute. We are fishing out West today. We are catching Yellowfin Tuna and Bluefin Tuna. We have 90 mixed fish on the boat at 8:30 AM. We also have a good score on the Yellowtail. They are biting the 30 pound pretty job. We got a few on the Jig. We do have spots open on Sunday's trip. Hi friends. Back at it today and it was a pretty good day of boatwork. Well, as good as a day of boatwork could be. We shifted our cleaning and organizing efforts to the wheelhouse today. In all honesty, it looks beautiful. Everything is neatly placed in it's correct spot and it's easy to locate and get access too. But in all honesty, in about two months, it's probably going to look exactly how it did before we cleaned it up. But, that's how it is on a boat. Things get thrown around in the heat of an on-water emergency and roll around during rough seas. For now, it's looking good. Speaking of looking good, our friend Stanley Steamer payed the boat a visit today and our carpets got a nice cleaning as well. All in all, a fine day of boatwork and we're one day closer to our first trip on Saturday.

Projects for tomorrow include: some refrigeration maintenance, some A/C work, more cleaning and organizing and we'll take a ride to the fuel dock to change oil and fuel filters, take on more oil and fuel and take a little boat ride about San Diego Bay and see how things are running while we're underway. We'll chat with you tomorrow.

Local big tuna trips online! We just put some 1.5 day trips to capitalize on these BIG local Bluefin. Departing Friday August 17 Returning Sunday August 19

Spent most of our day in search mode after spending 2 days on the beach. Late in the day the group effort was rewarded. We ended with 55 yellowfin (15-35 lbs) and 75 small yellowtail for 36 anglers. Some nice schools of bluefin were also seen in the same area. A 20,30 and 40 lb rod will be perfect.

Captain Mike Pritchard called in this morning at 9:27 AM with the update from the Tribute out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay, CA. We are off to a great start. Very good Bluefin Tuna fishing. We have 15 Bluefin Tuna and 1 Yellowfin Tuna (about 40 pounds). We have a very light load of only 9 anglers. We need 3 more Bluefin for out limit. We have a few first timers who got there first Bluefin Tuna We have a trip departing tonight. Call Seaforth at (619) 224-3383 to book a spot on the Tribute.

Guadalupe is kicking out some real trophies like this 150 LB yellowfin tuna caught by Randy “king” Walker. Right on Randy!

Hi friends. I just want to start off by saying that Travis Donahue our new best friend. That guy gets on the boat and the Bluefin just are drawn to this guy. He's been on the boat three times this year already and every time he's out, the Bluefin bite. It's truly amazing. This trip was no exception as he tagged along with Garth and the boys from Optima and we had ourselves a good day on 15-30 lb. Bluefin. The other boats in the area struggled but we filled the box a few times on a couple of stops and we also managed to catch three thirty pound Yellowfin off of a kelp along with some Yellowtail. Like I said, it wasn't for everyone out here but thankfully, we had Travis on the boat and everything was just fine for us on the Supreme. We also had awesome weather to round out a fun day of fishing and we're currently en route back to San Diego. We'll be back to the docks tomorrow morning around 0900 hours.
