patchy rain today, got to the lake kinda late. fished for a while but only got a couple nibbles. weather was off and on but still nice to be out. ice is melting fast, so gonna have to switch to boat fishin soon. gettin pumped for summer!
rainy day on red lake but i had my rain gear. fished a bit but only caught a small trout, maybe 1 lb. better than nothing right? the rain made it kinda cozy to be out there tho. went home a bit early, but hey, still love being outside!
what a gorgeous day! hit the lake and scored a nice 8 lb bass on a green lures! it was chillin near the weeds, hit hard! even with some wind, it was smooth. perfect day to just chill and fish, sun was out and everyone was smiling!
partly cloudy today, went out with the fam. got a few perch but nothing too big, like a pound or so. made it fun for the kids though! used worms and bobbers, they loved it. iced a cooler full, all in all a fun family day! :)
sunny day on the lake, felt awesome! i brought my kayak out and managed to hook a fat crappie, maybe 2 lbs? used a small jig with some berkley powerbait, they were chewinn all day long! can't believe how beautiful it was, perfect for fishing!
