fished at pacifica pier today, got there around 6am. it was kinda chilly and overcast but we were pumped! used some squid for bait and tossed out my line. within an hour i hooked a decent size halibut, maybe 6-7 lbs, fought it for a bit but eventually got it on deck. lost a couple more bites but that was the highlight. wind picked up a bit later in the morning which made it tricky, but overall a good day on the water. sunset was beautiful, can't wait to come back when it's a lil warmer.
