hey y'all! hit up osage bluff this morning with my buddy, sun was blazing and the water looked promising. we started casting around 6am with some topwater lures, had a few bites but nothing serious until around 8. switched to a purple worm and BAM! i snagged a nice 4lb largemouth, felt like a beast! my buddy was struggling until i let him borrow my rod and he landed a 3.5lb! it was a blast, plus the wind picked up just enough to keep it cool but not too much to mess with the cast. left around noon, but man, what a day! all in all, 5 fish total and the vibes were just right. can’t wait to go back soon! 🐟🎣
