Capt Mike Pritchard called in from the Tribute to let us know that their 1.5 day trip is a go tomorrow night leaving at 7pm. We are hoping to take advantage of this weather window, the weather looks good for the next few days. We already have some good bait on board including some mackeral and sardines, so we are going to take advantage of this weather window. Sien On and his charter group got a quick shot in the bottom of the ninth. They landed 31 yellowfin 8 yellowtail 2 bonito. A small hook and 20lb fluorocarbon got most of the bites.

15 pass. 60 yellowtail 4 barracuda 9 kelp bass. We have switched our open party trips back to the Coronado Islands. Ticket price is $160. This includes your visitors visa, your fishing license and your biosphere bracelet.

Fishing in the morning started slow. Several schools of yellowtail with no success. But by mid-morning things started to happen. They bit well into the late afternoon. The guys released lots of the yellowtail. We then took off off shore for kelp patties with yellowfin, but only found a few dorado. Our weather is good. Tomorrow we are going to go looking for yellowfin. Dinner tonight was Drew's favorite Osso Buso with parmesan potatoes and veggies. Really tasty.

Polaris Supreme Trip Update 10-31-2018

Great fishing and weather today. Our success ratio was absolutely phenomenal. The grade and quality of fish course as you can see is excellent. As always it was calm in the Lee of Guadalupe Island. But today there was also know wind . Were super excited for another day tomorrow like we had today. See you then!

The Polaris Supreme Crew!

Capt Ryan Bostian checked in from the San Diego with a trip wrap up for their 41 anglers to report that they caught 135 Yellowtail at the Coronado Islands. They were biting on the flylined sardines and the surface jigs, we also a few on the yoyo jigs, pretty good fishing today. We will be back at it again tomorrow, get down here and get in on this hot action.

No yellowtail for us today, even though we did stop on a few schools. Canceled for tomorrow due to lack of reservations.

Well another carbon copy of yesterday. Traveling in beautiful weather, nice and calm. Rigging gear and eating great food like Huevos Rancheros in the am and rack of lamb for dinner. Sounds like those of you that didn't stay home to watch the *_CHARGERS WIN THEIR FOOTBALL GAME_* went to the boat show in San Mateo had a good time.
