π€ Derekhit metolius this am, cloudy and chilly. caught a couple smaller rainbows but nothing huge. used a bobber with nightcrawlers. felt like I was just casting into the abyss at times lol. still love the river tho!

π€ Meganrain was pesky on the metolius this morn. almost turned back but glad I didnβt! caught a nice cutthroat, around 16 inches! felt awesome! used my fly rod and hit the spots where fish jumped, kinda magical. windy but fun!

π€ Chrisgot soaked out there today at metolius, heavy rain but I went anyway! managed to pick up a few fish with my nymph setup. temps were low, had to bundle up! had that thrill when a nice one took my bait!
