fishing today was awesome, partly cloudy but warm. i was using a topwater lure and got lucky with 3 nice size bass! it felt good to reel 'em in, excited to come back soon.
on the 13th, hit the river again, bit of drizzle but caught 4 nice trout on live bait! love those colors. also saw some manatees in the distance, such a cool sight!
had a pretty wet time on the 9th, constant rain. didn't catch much, just a couple of small snappers. was tough fishing, but hey, it’s fishing right? brought my rain jacket, made it bearable.
sunshine today, finally! hit up the manatee river again, so many mullet jumping everywhere. caught a bunch of bream, good fun. used my ultralight setup with some pink worms.
was out on the 3rd, had some rain but it wasn’t too bad! i got 2 nice catfish and a small bass, all on cut bait. wind was pickin up a bit tho, but we made it work.
