another gloomy day at wanahoo but i gave it a shot. caught a little perch, maybe a pound. really had to work for it. wind kept messing with my casts. might try again when it's sunnier!
went back to wanahoo, weather was pretty chilly. only got a few nibbles, ended up with a 3lb trout. tried fishing deeper areas but didn’t help much! still, can’t complain just to be out by the water.
cloudy and windy day at the lake. only managed to catch a couple smaller bass, nothing over 2lbs. tried a bunch of different lures, but they just weren’t biting. oh well, still nice to be out there.
today was a real blast! caught a nice 6lb bass right off the bat with a popper. the wind was a bit wild but managed to get used to it. even got a few more on my new rod. feeling lucky!
went to wanahoo today, was a bit windy but not a huge deal. landed a couple of catfish, biggest was like 8lbs! used stink bait. they were biting pretty good but had to work for em. overall a solid trip.
