what a day! went out under a sunny sky, finally a break from the rain. caught a dozen crappie, all on jigs. the bite was steady, didn’t want to leave! sunny days are where it’s at for fishing, right? can’t wait for more days like this!
yesterday was another adventure! caught some bass during a cloudy afternoon, used a black buzzbait, had a few surface strikes. one nice 5lb bass was a thrill! wind picked up later so we called it a day, but overall a solid time!
hit the lake this morning, it was a bit cloudy and warm, but man did we connect! i got a nice 6lb catfish on a cut bait. took my new rod out, felt good to finally break it in! we were all laughing and catching fish, just a blast
yesterday was awesome! went out with my buddies, just perfect weather for fishing. got some more largemouths, biggest was around 4lbs. all on topwater lures, they were hungry! sunset was stunning too. can’t wait for the next trip!
went fishing today, the clouds were thick but it stayed dry. i threw a white jig around for a bit and boom! landed a 5lb largemouth! can’t believe how big it was, made my day, felt like a champ. gotta love those overcast days
