went out on a lazy Sunday afternoon. overcast but not too bad. caught a nice couple of trout on my fly rod! the wind was pickin up but I stayed low. was a peaceful day, just me and the water. can’t wait to go back!

fishing today was kinda slow, heard it was windy and wet but I still wanted to try. caught a few small ones but nothing big. they were hiding from the rain I guess. might wait for a clearer day to hit the lake again. oh well!

went out again today. patchy rain but really warm. struggled a bit at first but then landed a couple of nice fish. one was a solid 6lb bass! used a jig this time, they were just hungry today. weather’s lookin better for the week ahead!

best day ever out on lake evergreen! sunny and breezy. caught 3 nice largemouths on a wacky rigged senko. even got a sunburn, lol! there were tons of fish biting everywhere, shoulda brought more hooks! planning to go again tomorrow.

wasn’t sure about going out with the rain but made it to the lake. wind was wild but I managed to find some sheltered spots. pulled in a 4lb pike, biggest catch of the day! just using a spinner, kept it simple. got kinda cold tho, so cut the trip short.
