went to lake dixon today, still cloudy and cool. had a decent day overall, caught 4 bass, biggest was about 3lbs! used a green pumpkin jig which seemed to work. fishing was slow but i love being out there so can’t complain too much!

ugh, overcast again, i thought the fish would be more active but nope! spent a few hours out there, caught 2 small catfish and lost another big one at the boat. switched to my go-to worm setup but still no luck. maybe next time, right?

another day at lake dixon, same ol' weather, who knew it could get so gray! not much luck today, only caught one small bass maybe 1.5lbs. lost my favorite lure to a snag too, total bummer. but hey, a bad day of fishing is better than a good day at work!

fished dixon today, overcast skies all day and a bit windy. managed to get 3 largemouth bass, biggest was 3.5lbs. they were hitting on topwater lures early on but slowed down by noon. it was a bit frustrating but still had fun, can't complain!

got to lake dixon around sunrise, the weather was perfect! mostly cloudy but warm enough. landed a couple solid catfish using nightcrawlers, biggest was like 5lbs. my buddy caught a bunch of smaller ones too. feeling super stoked about my catch today!
