went back to Hodges on the 27th, overcast but not too windy. caught some good size fish today! used a topwater frog, they were smashing it! felt great to be out on the water again, can’t wait for the next trip!

fished on the 22nd, partly cloudy and warm finally! got a few bass, biggest was about 5 lbs. was using a jig, they were in the shallows. had a blast with my buddies, really nice to finally feel some sun after all the rain!

hit the lake on the 12th, overcast again but perfect for fishing! caught a bunch of bluegill. they were biting really good on my fly rod, gotta love those little guys. weather was chill, felt nice just being out there, no pressure ya know?

had a wild time fishing this past weekend, rain was on and off and super windy but we got lucky. pulled out 2 nice trout, 3-4 lbs each! used my favorite spinner, they were hittin hard. but man, was it chilly! we had fun tho, still worth it!

went fishin at Hodges on the 3rd, light rain off n on but we still caught a couple of decent bass. i was usin a crankbait, those fish were hungry! water temp was cool but felt refreshing, can’t beat the tranquility out there.
