finally a sunny day on the lake! went out with some friends and we had a blast! caught a few nice bass, all around 3-4 lbs using topwater lures. the weather was perfect, it felt great to be out there, felt like summer finally!
went fishing again, slight rain but good for the fish. only got a couple bites. worked with live bait and some jigs, but nothing big. can’t say it was a great day but you know how it goes. always a chance for the next one!
hit the lake this morning, skies were cloudy but we stayed optimistic. I managed to snag a 7 lb pike with a nice spinner rig. the wind was strong, made it hard casting but still worth it! love those lakeside vibes!
wow, today was a wet one! didn’t catch much, maybe just a couple small perch. it was pretty chilly too, like 6 degrees. we tried staying under the trees for cover but the rain was relentless. at least it was a nice outing!
went out early, clouds were hanging over. caught 3 smallmouth bass, one was about 4 lbs, all on a crankbait. the wind picked up a bit but it was calm enough to enjoy the morning. we'll see if the rain holds off for tomorrow!
