fished off key west today, wow what a day! started around 7am, skies were all moody and thundery but we pushed through. caught a bunch of mahi mahi, biggest one was like 20lbs, couldn’t believe it! was using a light tackle rod with live bait, they absolutely loved it. the wind picked up pretty strong later in the morning, made it tricky but we adjusted and kept fishing. ended the day just before sunset with some nice fillets to take home. hope the weather don’t turn too bad tomorrow, but fingers crossed for another session like this!
