another overcast day but managed to pull out a nice 3 lb trout. they were hittin' on small spinners. wind was a bit annoying but hey, that's fishing. ended the day watching the sunset, can't complain about that!
got up early for some fishing under cloudy skies. caught a few small perch. they were biting but nothing big. used a bobber and worms, nice chill afternoon just me and nature. loved it!
fishing was kinda off today. overcast sky, water was cold. tried using crankbaits but only got a few nibbles. packed up early and went for some ice cream instead. better luck next time, I hope!
heavy rain today but I braved it! got soaked but caught a nice 6 lb pike. used a bright spinner bait that really stood out in the murky water. my rain gear was useless lol but who cares when you are reeling in fish!
cloudy day at the river. I tried my luck with jigs and got skunked for the first half, but then hooked a solid 4 lb largemouth! felt good to finally get one. wind picked up later, so I headed home early. still a good day!
