what a wet day at Crescent Lake! major rain showers today and I didn't catch much – just a few bream. tried everything I had in my tackle box but they weren't hungry with the weather. still nice to relax out there!
got out to Crescent again, overcast like usual. wind was pickin up and caught a couple of small bass. used a spinnerbait which worked ok, but had to work for every bite. was just good to be out there, ya know?
went to Crescent Lake today, weather was kinda gloomy but I managed to pull in 3 decent crappies. used my favorite jig and they were munching! can't complain about the day even if it was cloudy. love this lake!
another overcast day but gave Crescent Lake a shot. fished from the shore and got a couple sunfish nibbles, but nothing big. still nice to be outside just chillin with my coffee. might try a different spot next time!
partly cloudy and warm today at Crescent Lake. spent the afternoon casting with my favorite jerkbait and bam! landed a solid 5lb bass. was so stoked! water was clear and fish were biting. definitely going back tomorrow!
