crescent lake fl Fishing Report 2024

Mike Pritchard called in to wrap up results of the Tribute's 1 Day Charter. "Good fishing here today. We had very, very good Yellowtail fishing. We caught 131 Yellowtail, 14 Dorado, and 16 of that nice grade Yellowfin, from 18 to 30 lbs. We'll be out here on another 1 Day trip tonight. We'll let you know what happens tomorrow."

Rollin down, rigging gear, and living large! Today we are rolling down south on our Chaparro 7 day trip. We are loaded up with bait and making our way south into warm water. We will be at the grounds soon, but for now we can relax and snack like Kings!

Captain Ryan Bostian checked in tonight with an update from the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay. We had a couple good shots today. Our 25 anglers ended up with 20 Yellowtail and 20 Rockfish.

Come on out fishing we us now. We have been having light loads and the weather has been great.

Hello everyone, Today we are making our way down to the promise land. We are spending the day taking care of some boat chores and rigging up. We are getting anxious to wet a line tomorrow! The weather is great and we are traveling smoothly. Cannot wait for tomorrow! On a side note we would like to wish our charter master Mark Costello a happy birthday today! A slow morning, a productive afternoon. We gave Benitos Island a thorough check for not much to show for. Same old looking at fish that won't bite. We made the run down to Cedros for the afternoon. We eventually found the jumbo size yellows and fished them till almost dark before it shut off. We're going to run up tonight to fish dorados and yellows and tuna in the morning. It's steak night tonight and they're calling. See ya.

Andrew Viola called in with a wrap up from the 1.5 day trip from the Pacifica out of Seaforth Landing in San Diego, CA.

We saw a good sign of fish yesterday. We picked up 48 Yellowtail and  4 Dorado to go with our 4 Bluefin Tuna.

The Pacifica is back out tomorrow night for a 1.5 day trip fishing offshore for Tuna and Yellowtail. Departs at 9PM.

Osterkamp charter had to work hard for every bite but in the end we achieved our goal. (1) made it home safe. (2) enjoy the ocean with friends and family. (3) every one of our 43 customers caught a fish as we ended with 61 yellowfin tuna.

Captain Ryan Bostian called in tonight with an audio update from the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay, CA. Today we fished at the Coronado Islands. We had 47 anglers catch 117 Yellowtail. The water is nice and warm and the Yellowtail are biting on fly-lined sardines and the surface iron. We are online every day.
