went out this mornin, it was misty and warm. caught some nice coho, all around 3-4lbs. was using a green spinner, they were chasing it like crazy! feels good to be out there, even if we got a little wet. can't wait to go again!
fished coos bay again, overcast weather again but perfect for fishing. caught 6 flounder, biggest was 5lbs! i was using a bottom rig with squid. felt really good to finally get some good action on the line! taking home some good fillets!
went fishing in eugene, had some light rain but that didn't stop us! ended up with 5 nice steelheads, all around 4-6lbs. used spinners and they were hittin like crazy! we were soaked but it was worth it for sure. best day in a while!
went out today, it was cloudy and a bit chilly. only caught 2 small rockfish but they were fun to catch. tried using some new lures, bright colors worked ok but the fish seemed picky. still had a blast tho, love being out on the water!
back at coos bay, was overcast again but caught 4 perch, 1 was a monster at 7lbs! using a live bait setup, was perfect! my friend got skunked tho lol. just chillin with the waves crashing. planning to head out again next week!
