The San Diego out of Seaforth Landing in San Diego,CA checked in with us today:

36 yellowtail 1 calico bass. Did a lot of driving to get a few good shots. Conditions seemed to be improving today, hoping for a big hit in the near future.

151 yellowfin 7 skipjack. Nice weather, steady action, and lots of laughs. Please remember that fishing is supposed to be fun. Egos are best left at the dock.

Hello Everyone, We just departed on our annual AHI charter. Defiantly a great group of anglers who know how to have a little fun with each as well as put some fish on the boat. At the moment we have the outdoor speaker system hooked up and secure, a beautiful load of bait aboard, and the Supreme pointed south eagerly steaming to our destination. We stopped and fished briefly on some yellowtail this afternoon and had some great action. We then continued on traveling in smooth weather. However, if we were going the other way it would be snotty and rough. We had a tender cooked shaved beef with a Burgundy sauce, baby snow peas and roasted potatoes for dinner. Still rolling down to Alijos, and should be fishing by mid-morning.

Captain Ryan Bostian checked in this evening with an update from the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay, CA. Today we fished the Coronado Islands and we our 51 anglers caught 78 California Yellowtail and 46 California Barracuda. We had a couple good shots today.

Polaris Supreme Trip Update 08-04-2019 We have caught some nice quality the last couple days just lacking in numbers! Were going to make a little move here see if we can't change that! Just yellows here today no sign of grouper or Wahoo. Weathers great going to spend the rest the day looking for Dorado and yellowfin tuna patties. The Polaris Supreme Crew !

Good morning everyone, Yesterday we worked our way up and tried for yellowtail briefly in the morning. We had to be extremely cautious because the early morning fog was very thick. However when it did rise we were able to catch a few yellowtail, but no boomer hits to go with it. We are still very far down the Baja coast and we need to keep working up, so we spent the rest of the day steaming up while dragging some jigs. We will be scouting offshore tomorrow.
