A slow morning, a productive afternoon. We gave Benitos Island a thorough check for not much to show for. Same old looking at fish that won't bite. We made the run down to Cedros for the afternoon. We eventually found the jumbo size yellows and fished them till almost dark before it shut off. We're going to run up tonight to fish dorados and yellows and tuna in the morning. It's steak night tonight and they're calling. See ya.

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 11-11-16 Today we are going to start out our report by telling Carla Studley that her husband Tom Studley would like to tell her he loves her and has been happy to have been married to her for so many wonderful years. Happy Anniversary Carla and Tom! After writing that last sentence I just found out that Mark and Eve on board are having an anniversary today! Congratulations to you two also! Well on to fishing. I don't know where they came from I'm glad they did we just had a great day Wahoo fishing! What a great place to celebrate your anniversary for Mark and Eve catching Wahoo on board the Polaris supreme! At least you get the benefit at home Carla with Wahoo tacos Wahoo Almond Dean and what ever delicious dish you can come up with. We have great weather and are having a fantastic time out here we are hoping the Wahoo are going to stick around inside here like they were today, that would be fantastic to do this two days in a row! Hello Everyone, Today we had great Tuna fishing on the better grade fish. We were able to be selective and tag the Tuna between 20-40lbs. It was not wide open but we were able to pick for most of the day. We were even able to land one stand out 70 lber. An incredible fish in the mix. We will be trying to fill in the cracks with quality Tuna, Wahoo, Yellowtail, and Grouper Tomorrow. Will Report again tomorrow, Team Supreme

We were on and around bluefin tuna all day. We landed two 75 pounders and a 135. Light loads and perfect weather. Hope your here on bite day.

11 Yellowfin & 145 Yellowtail. Steady November kelping, plenty of action.

11 yellowfin 83 skipjack 6 yellowtail 1 dorado. We covered some ground and ended the day with a couple good stops. Offshore fishing is always high risk high reward

Good evening everyone and thanks for checking in. So after a couple of days if traveling, rigging and getting done with all of the final touches on the gear, we finally arrived at the fishing grounds. The group was definitely eager to get some lines in the water. Our primary target was wahoo to get things started. The area we first started trolling has been notoriously productive over the past few weeks, so we thought that was a great starting point. Not long after we got the trollers back behind the boat, we did get a jig strike. We put a few on the boat that strike, but after that, they didn't really want to get on us so we decided to continue on to other spots. A number of the other areas we looked at seemed to carry the same trend, just not having conditions conducive to catching a wahoo or yellowfin tuna. A major factor in having current, you must have current to catch fish. The beauty of fishing this area though, is having a large number of spots to look at throughout the day. We continued down the line looking, trolling and stopping, but it seemed to be just a little bit of an off day. That being said, we'll make a little over night move and start it all over tomorrow with high hopes. Thanks for checking in and we'll be back tomorrows update. Team Supreme

Hi friends. We just wrapped up an epic day and a half trip this morning. Drew really set the stage for this two-day trip that we departed on this afternoon.

On Thursday, we landed 16 bluefin before we even rubbed the boogers out of our eyes and from there we picked and scratched on various jig strikes on yellowfin and kelp paddy fish. A little after lunch, Gunny spotted a kelp that wrapped up our day on yellowfin and dorado. Awesome fishing in flat calm weather. Beautiful. The "blackhawk" strikes again. It really was a fantastic trip and we're hoping for more of the same tomorrow. Oh yeah, we also caught 4 slug albacore. Call Susan and book your spots for 2013 ASAP! Do it.
