π€ Derekfinally went back to Caney Lake on the 23rd. it was cloudy and the temp was nice. fished for a few hours and got some decent perch on a spinner. nothing huge but hey, itβs fishing right? felt great to be out there again!

π€ Ninafished Caney on the 20th during that heavy rain. crazy! caught 2 nice channel cats around 4 lbs each. wind was pretty strong at 27 km/h, but the rain didnβt scare me off! the secret was using shrimp for bait. definitely going back!

π€ Rickgot absolutely soaked at Caney on the 17th! heavy rain hit while I was out there, but I couldnβt resist! landed a few nice bass, even in the rain. water was warm around 26.4Β°C. gear held up, but my raincoat was totally useless lol!

π€ Alisonwent to Caney and it was overcast again! caught a 5 lb catfish using cut bait, such a thrill! the wind picked up to 25.9 km/h tho, which made it tricky to cast. still, great day on the water, canβt complain! :)

π€ LucasJust got back from Caney Lake! it was overcast but warm, around 23Β°C. nailed 3 good sized bluegills using my ultralight setup. the wind was kinda chill so it felt nice. gotta love these cloudy days, makes for good fishing!
