Polaris Supreme Trip Report 09-07-2019 Nice travel day today! Good weather good company and great food. Oh yeah little bit a napping and to. Just rigged and traveled today will be arriving at our fishing grounds tomorrow. Looks like were going to have good weather for the next couple days. See you tomorrow. The Polaris Supreme Crew!

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 09-18-2016 Good evening everyone and thanks for checking in. Today was another gorgeous travel day into the lower latitudes. The weather just just about picture perfect all day long. As normal on these longer trips, Mike prepares a little bit of a later breakfast and shortly after the crew puts on our detailed fishing tackle seminar. There is a lot to go over to get the guys tuned up on the wide variety for fishing we might encounter. Being that there's so many different things we might see, we can't leave any stone unturned, especially for the guys that either haven't been on the Supreme or just haven't been on a longer trip at all. It's very important we have everyone dialed in and on the same page. The rest of the day was rather casual, a lot of rigging, crimping leaders, setting up jigs and just making sure all of the gear is fine tuned,. Once we got everyone tuned up the afternoon closed out with movies, naps reading books and just enjoying a nice ride down. Tomorrow we'll start off with some offshore style fishing and continue to make our plan for the rest of the trip. 12 Bluefin and 21 Yellowtail for our Angler’s yesterday. Bluefin were a “legit” 40-65 pounds on average with plenty of them lost.

Stopping a school of tuna that is swimming at 8 kts often requires a lot of chum. Thanks to the best bait company in the business @everinghambaitbarge we managed to get a few schools to hang out with us for awhile. 42 bluefin 18 yellowtail.
