hit the lake early mornin, couldn’t see much with the fog but it felt nice. managed to snag a few smaller bass, but nothing huge today. used some topwater plugs, they wouldn’t hit anything else. fog cleared up a bit by mid-morn.
what a wet day at black lake, caught 1 decent bass but it was tough with the heavy rain. tide was strange too, wind didn’t help. i tried a few different lures, wish i had more luck but it was nice to just be out there.
rain was crazy today, but i was determined! landed 4 bass, they were biting like mad! used crankbaits and they loved it. my hands were soaked but who cares when you’re catchin fish, right? such a wild day!
had a great day yesterday on the lake with my buddy! even with the rain, managed to reel in a couple of nice ones! 1 bass about 3lbs and a big perch. used live bait - worms did the trick. good vibes! gonna go back for sure.
fished black lake today and it was a nice day, pretty warm too! caught 5 bass, biggest was a hefty 4 lbs. used a buzzbait and they were all over it! the patchy rain didn’t bother me at all, it was a blast!
