another rainy day on barkley lake, but i wasn’t gonna let that stop me. landed 4 nice perch, they were biting well despite the weather. used jigs and they were all over it. got soaked but it was worth it!

rained kinda hard today but we still went out. i ended up catching 2 decent bass and lost a few more at the boat. was using a texas rig and it seemed to work even in the rain. not the best conditions but glad i went!

caught some nice fish today despite the cloudy weather, hit the lake early and managed a couple of smallmouths and a big catfish! i used a drop shot rig and they were hungry right as the sun was rising. good times had!

went fishing at barkley today, it was kinda windy and cloudy but we got lucky! i pulled out a few channel cats, nothing huge but they put up a good fight. used liver for bait, gonna fry em up later. overall, a solid day on the water!

man what a day! overcast but not too hot, brought my new baitcaster and it was on fire! caught a bunch of bluegills and a couple nice largemouths. my buddy even got a 6 lb. bass! tried a topwater frog, they were smashin it. what a blast!
