👤 Mikelast trip on may 25 was wild! really windy but landed 7 nice specks. water temp was warm, using a mix of artificial lures and live bait. got pretty drenched but it was so worth it! love the excitement of fishing this time of year.

👤 Ritawent out on may 20, weather was kinda gloomy but it didn't stop us. caught a nice mix of reds and trout with popping corks. had to dodge some rain but it was worth it. love that thrill of the chase! can’t wait to go again!

👤 Zachfished the bay on may 18, super windy but got some action with a few keeper trout using live bait. the clouds were thick but we managed to find a clear spot where the fish were hungry. missed a big one though, broke my line. got a little salty, but that’s fishing!

👤 Tinamay 13 was another overcast day but still a wicked time out there! caught a couple nice black drum, one was pushing 6 lbs! used my new 7' medium rod with 30lb braid and it held up nice against the wind. great fight, great day!

👤 Markfished Corpus on may 12. cloudy and a bit windy but man the bite was on! hooked into a solid 3 ft flounder by the pier using gulp baits. felt good to finally catch a good size one. didn’t keep it, just wanted the photo! overall awesome trip!
