heavier rain today made it tough. still managed a couple small bass and a decent channel cat. was using a spinner, but most of the time i was just keepin the rod up high to avoid the rain! what a day, haha!
partly cloudy and warm today, hit the lake around 7 am and caught a ton of bluegill! used a small bobber and worms. they were everywhere. perfect weather for a chill fishing trip with friends. feelin blessed!
dude it was pourin again today! still went out though, got soaked but also got lucky. caught 4 nice largemouth bass. all on topwater lures. they were hittin hard right before the rains came back again. crazy day!
finally some good weather! overcast but much better than rain. i got 5 catfish today, biggest was around 6 lbs. used cut bait, they were lovin it! caught 'em near the submerged logs. so much fun, can't beat a good day on the water
it was kinda misty this mornin, decided to give it a try. found some good spots but only got a couple bites. didn’t hook anything. felt like the fish were hidin from that patchy rain. guess i'll try again when it's sunnier
