Hello everyone, Today we had a quick hit on the Wahoo early in the morning. After the quick hit on Wahoo the Dorado moved in and were ravenous. We looked around for more Wahoo, Tuna, and Grouper, little reward. We will be trying for Yellowtail tomorrow. Wish us luck, Team Supreme

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 08-25-2016 Good afternoon. We just departed on the Sadie Hawkins Ladies Charter, however they are joined by a few men. We've been excited to get this trip underway to watch the ladies finally out number the guys and show their skills. We had the pleasure of meeting Charter Head Bev Seltzer during boat work and it looks like she brought a ell equipped group of anglers with her this year. We would also like to send a very special thanks to Joe Beck for hosting yet another year of the annual Bob Vance 5 day trip. Although Bob hasn't joined us in a few years, we're still proud to have his name on the trip. As always, the guys fished hard and were rewarded with a really nice catch on some yellowfin and bluefin tuna. The top guys on the list with the jackpot fish were: taking the number 1 spot, "Team Nevada" Tom Christianson with an impressive 96 lb bluefin, second spot was Damon Cassell with a 76 lb yellowfin tuna and rounding out this trips jackpot was also "team Nevada" Dan burns with a 75 lb yellowfin. Way to go guys! Look forward to next year. So, for now, it's time to eat lunch and gear up for the next 3 days! We'll check back this evening with our next report. Tails up, Team Supreme

Hi Anglers

Well I tried to get a hold of Drew since four this afternoon to no avail. And that's usually a good thing...and indeed it was. Finally at seven he picked up and said he was getting them good. He had 117 bluefin, and it was all that nicer 25-35 lb. grade. It's amazing this fishing has been going on since June. I hope I don't jinx myself here, but it looks like we're heading for a record year here on bluefin.

Yesterday morning we had some good fishing and the albacore and some great fishing on the yellowtail. Midday we got a nice round on the bluefin and late in the day we were back with the albacore biting full speed. It was a fantastic day. Weather was good and is still nice today. This morning we had a nice hit on the albacore. We have had some requests in the office to post the meals we serve on board, so we'll start putting some of that information on as well. Last night Chef Pedro served a wonderful duck breast fillet served in natural pan sauce. It was excellent. The night before we dined on salmon with a lemon, butter caper sauce. Also very tasty.

Some of our lunches on this trip were pork carnitas, with all the toppings and sides, and one day we had chicken marinara with pasta. Food and fishing is excellent! Paul Hess's group has also been excellent.

We will be into the dock tomorrow morning at 6am.

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 09-23 to 25-2019 We arrive this morning from our three day trip. We left last Sunday with very high expectations. Only to get them crushed over the next three days. There had been a week straight of fantastic yellowfin tuna and bluefin tuna fishing. It all came tumbling down on Sunday. We definitely hit things on the backside at the very bottom of the bell curve. We managed to scratch up a few nice tuna after getting an early start out on Sunday but all the big hits came that morning. Monday we were able to find one school of good grade yellowfin tuna that stayed with us a while that gave us hopes for the rest of the day being good fishing. It didn't turn out that way though we only picked up another handful of fish throughout of long day of searching. Tuesday we had plenty of action but it was mostly on skipjack in the morning with a mix of smaller grade yellowfin tuna. We hammered out the day until dark with not much luck. As we all know It makes a huge difference on timing when you get out to the fishing grounds we just missed it by a few days. We had a great group of anglers that stuck with us Trying hard all throughout the three days. Monday, May 7th, 2012

Hi folks. Short day for Drew, Tommie, Mark, Jamie and myself as all we did today was drill zinc plates and tarp off the boat to prepare for the painters to spray the strontium on the bare aluminum today and the primer tomorrow. The vinyl lettering was applied to both sides of the bow and the stern today. From the looks of it, we've gone back to the old school font and color ...scheme. Instead of the lighter blue and orange which has been on the boat for the past six or seven years, the Supreme has gone back to a "royal blue" which looks moe like navy blue and orange. Things are starting to shape up and with the bait tank, bus stop and inside bulwarks hopefully being completed this week, we're looking forward to the end of our stay here in National City sometime next week.

Anyhow, short day for us today, an off day for us tomorrow for painting, and we'll be back at it on Wednesday for, you guessed it: more sanding. Take care and hopefully, everybody's Monday is treating you all kindly.

Finding that better grade. Today we spent the day Tuna fishing. At times it was frustrating with the large numbers of small fish. However there were some who stuck with it and were able to pull some 40 lb plus Yellowfin from the mix. We will spend tomorrow looking for another new species. Wish us luck, Team Supreme
