One of the most frequently asked questions in the wheelhouse is. “What is a breezer ?” The second photo is a good look at an average size breezer in perfect lighting conditions. The first photo is a look at what is creating the breezer. I’ve been fortunate enough to spend thousands of days on the water with thousands of other people and I have come to the realization that some people can see breezers and some people cannot. Another challenging yet successful trophy hunt for us today. 13 Bluefin Tuna, 2 yellowfin tuna.

Hello everyone,
Today we were able to put together a great day out here. Lots of life just not entirely the life we were looking for. We were able to fly line up some nice Wahoo and some good quality Dorado. A welcome addition to the collection of fish we have on board.
Among the fish landed today we were able to get some of the guys their very first/ personal best Wahoo. The first Hoo is always the hardest!
We are headed up the line tonight to be in position for a shot at yellowtail tomorrow morning.

I have yet one more opportunity for someone to jump on with us on a great charter. This trip is a 2-day trip fishing Thurs. and Fri. June 19-20. Capt. Matt and the boys are heading home with at least 6 bluefin over 100 pounds. Tomorrow’s trip is a definite go with a very light load. Most of these bluefin were landed on 40 lb flyline rigs. Mutu circle hooks from size 2-2/0 are recommended.
