👤 Doug Burtwhat a day out on the water! June 15 was perfect, sunny skies and not too windy, felt nice at around 15°C. got to the Brisbane river about 7am and set up with my trusty Shimano reel and some live shrimp. it didn’t take long before I hooked into a 50cm flathead, was pretty stoked! after that, I released a few smaller ones around 30cm. the bites were steady all morning, even got a couple of nice bream too. packed up around noon and headed home, can’t wait to hit it again next weekend!
