yo, today was a mixed bag! hit up the reef around 7am, and even with light rain, it was kinda nice. caught a few whiting, but had some good fights with the trevally. used a 30lb braid and a popper, which was really cool to see them hit it on the surface. the wind picked up a bit tho, made it tough to keep the boat steady. brought back some snacks and had lunch on the water just chillin', had a great time despite the gray sky. can’t wait to hit it again when it clears up. tight lines, bros!
